Using Picrowd

These terms govern Picrowd’s website, apps, workspaces, API, and related services, operated by Nuare Studio Inc. By using Picrowd, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. You must be legally able to enter this agreement or have the authorization required by applicable law.

A separate written agreement with Picrowd takes priority where it expressly changes these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Contact hello@picrowd.com with questions about this agreement.

Accounts and collaboration

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in account, sessions, API keys, and connected-tool credentials. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for permissions and automations you configure, and people you authorize to act through your account.

Workspace owners and authorized administrators manage access. Your ability to see, change, or export a record depends on your permissions. Leaving a team does not give you the right to remove another person’s content.

Review project roles, record overrides, visible columns, and public links before sharing. A public link may permit editing. Removing access cannot recall downloaded copies or completed actions.

Your content stays yours

You and your licensors keep ownership of your records, notes, files, designs, and other workspace content. Picrowd does not claim ownership of it.

You give Picrowd the limited permission needed to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and process your content to provide the service, including previews, collaboration, exports, and AI or integrations you use. We may use service providers for those purposes. This permission does not authorize selling your content or using it in advertising.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process content, including information about other people. AI output is not necessarily accurate, unique, or cleared of third-party rights.

Picrowd’s software, design, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the service does not transfer ownership of its software or brand.

Acceptable use

• Use Picrowd lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property, and access rights.
• Do not distribute malware, send unlawful spam, impersonate others, or harass, threaten, or exploit people.
• Do not bypass permissions, access someone else’s workspace without authorization, or expose credentials or private content you are not entitled to share.
• Do not deliberately disrupt the service, overwhelm its infrastructure, evade plan limits, or misuse the API or connected accounts.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly. A report does not authorize access to other users’ information or destructive testing.

AI, integrations, and automations

AI can produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate results. Review its work before relying on it or sharing it. Picrowd AI is not a substitute for professional advice.

Connecting a service or configuring an automation authorizes processing and actions within the permissions and instructions you provide. Scheduled commands, reminders, or completion triggers may run without a new confirmation each time. Keep those instructions and permissions up to date.

Review external actions carefully. Sending email, changing a calendar, or deleting a file can have consequences outside Picrowd. An undo option does not guarantee that an external action can be reversed.

External tools and model providers have their own terms, charges, availability, and data practices. You are responsible for accounts you connect and any required subscriptions.

• How AI data is handled

Plans, payment, and cancellation

The price, currency, billing interval, included features, and applicable taxes are shown when you choose a paid plan. Subscribing authorizes recurring charges until you cancel. Apple processes subscriptions purchased inside iOS; Google Play processes subscriptions purchased through Google Play on Android; Stripe processes website subscriptions. Storefront prices can differ from website prices.

For Apple subscriptions, payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings. Restore Purchases reconnects an existing purchase to its original Picrowd account; a purchase cannot be transferred to another Picrowd account. Deleting Picrowd or deleting your Picrowd account does not cancel Apple billing. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases under its rules and applicable law.

For Google Play subscriptions, payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Access normally continues until the paid period ends. Restore Purchases reconnects the subscription to its original Picrowd account. Deleting the app or your Picrowd account does not cancel Google Play billing. Google Play refund policies and applicable law apply; contact hello@picrowd.com for help.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the billing controls. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; check the confirmation for the date. Canceling does not delete your account or workspace. Deleting an account should not be used as a substitute for canceling billing.

Plan changes, usage limits, failed payments, and disputes can affect paid features. Review any prorated charge or credit when changing plans. Contact hello@picrowd.com about billing errors or refunds. Nothing here removes refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights required by law.

We will give notice of material price or renewal changes before they take effect, as required by law. A new price does not retroactively change a period already paid for.

Exports, deletion, and ending access

Use available exports to keep copies of work you need, subject to access permissions. Export formats cover different parts of a workspace; check that important files, notes, and other material are included before deleting anything.

You can stop using Picrowd, revoke connections, and request account deletion. Retention follows the Privacy Policy, including legal, security, billing, and backup limitations. Copies held by collaborators or external services are not automatically deleted when you leave.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, non-payment, or a material breach. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. Urgent security or legal situations may require action without advance notice.

Contact hello@picrowd.com if access was restricted in error or you need help retrieving content you are entitled to receive. Obligations that need to continue after access ends, such as unpaid charges and applicable content or legal rights, continue to apply.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, failures, network conditions, and external providers can affect availability. Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, we do not promise a specific uptime, recovery time, or support response time.

Features and limits may change. We will communicate material changes through the product, email, or another appropriate channel. Keep independent copies of work essential to your operations.

Warranties, responsibility, and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, Picrowd is provided as available, without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or the accuracy of AI output and third-party information.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights continue to apply. Your responsibility to maintain exports or review AI output does not remove Picrowd’s obligations under applicable law.

Contact hello@picrowd.com about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from seeking a remedy from a court, regulator, or other body available under applicable law.

Demonstration content and image credits

The Silicon Valley Rolodex is fictional demonstration data. Its project activity, conversations, deals, and sample contact details do not describe real correspondence or customer relationships. The people pictured and the image creators do not endorse Picrowd.

The portrait sources and credits are listed below. Picrowd displays resized images and crops them to fit the interface. Earlier crops and their contributors are recorded on the linked source pages. The Creative Commons licences below apply to those photographs; Picrowd’s other terms do not replace or restrict those licences. Our adaptations of the Elon Musk and Satya Nadella photographs are also available under CC BY-SA 4.0.

Changes to these terms

Revisions are identified by the date on this page. We will give notice of material changes and follow any legal requirement for advance notice or renewed agreement. If you disagree, you can stop using Picrowd and cancel future renewals without giving up rights already available to you.
