Keyboard shortcuts
Every keyboard shortcut in Picrowd, grouped by workspace: Table, Cards, Whiteboard, notes, and Picrowd AI.
How shortcuts work
Picrowd has keyboard shortcuts on every work surface. They are listed below, one table per workspace.
Shortcuts never fire while you are typing in a field — click into the table, canvas, or a row first. On a Mac, use Cmd wherever Ctrl is shown.
Table
Shortcut / What it does
↑ / ↓ / Move between rows (opens the row preview)
Shift + ↑ / ↓ / Extend the current multi-row selection
Space / Select or deselect the focused row
Shift + E / Expand the selected record to full view
Shift + N, =, or + / Add a new row in the current group
/ or \ / Jump to the search box
Any letter / Start typing to search records
Tab / Shift + Tab / Move to the next / previous cell while editing
Esc / Close the expanded record, then the preview, then clear selection
Cards (Kanban)
The Cards view is arranged by drag and drop — move a card between columns to change its status, or reorder it within a column. There are no dedicated key commands; pressing Enter or Space on a focused card opens it. All of the record shortcuts from the Table apply to the same records.

Delete / Backspace / Delete the selected item or comment
Enter / Open the selected item (record or project card)
Arrow keys / Nudge the selected item by 1px (Shift = 10px)
Ctrl / Cmd + C / Copy the selected items
Ctrl / Cmd + V / Paste items, or paste images, files, or links from the clipboard
Ctrl / Cmd + Z / Undo
Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + Z (or Ctrl / Cmd + Y) / Redo
Ctrl / Cmd + Enter / Finish editing a text box
Hold Space / X-ray: peek under overlapping items
Hold Ctrl / Cmd + drag / Marquee-select items

Notes, replies & the message Board

Picrowd AI
The Picrowd AI pill, board, and chat share the same composer as notes, so the same send and autocomplete shortcuts apply.
