Picrowd on mobile

Picrowd works on your phone and tablet — a full-screen Projects home, record cards, Board, and a touch-tuned Whiteboard.

What mobile is for

Mobile is built for checking in and keeping things moving — reviewing records, adding notes, replying on Board, and glancing at a board — rather than heavy setup, which is easier on a larger screen.

The Projects home

On a phone the app opens to a full-screen Projects home. Projects and folders appear in the same order as on desktop, folders collapse with a tap, and search filters instantly. Each project has a menu for the same actions you get on desktop.

Working with records

  • Open a record as a full-screen card
  • Read and add notes, with the same formatting and attachments
  • Attach files and images from your phone

Board and Whiteboard on touch

Board works as a normal mobile conversation. Whiteboard switches to a compact, touch-first layout with larger controls, and it is tuned so large boards stay stable on phones and iPads instead of running out of graphics memory.

Tips

  • Use the hamburger to jump back to the Projects home
  • Do structural setup (columns, views) on desktop, then work day-to-day on mobile
  • Mute noisy projects so mobile stays focused
