Settings and appearance

Every section of Settings: account and plan, workspace defaults, themes and presets, Table, Cards, Board, AI, MCP, pings, notifications, the recycle bin, and the desktop app.

Account and plan

  • Account: name, avatar, email, the referral program, sign out of this account, delete account
  • Plan: usage for records, projects, collaborators, record guests, public records, Whiteboard items, AI per day, and storage; upgrade, downgrade, billing portal, and enterprise inquiry

Workspace

  • Currency, date format, and ping time format
  • Translation language for notes and whether to translate automatically
  • Filter the project list with search
  • Restart the getting-started guide

Appearance

Choose Light, Dark, or Auto to follow the system. Each theme has presets: Default Light, Linen, and Fjord for light; Default Dark, Midnight, and Evergreen for dark. Presets change the surfaces and accent while keeping the layout, and Calendar follows the preset’s accent. Font size runs from 92% to 120% and the workspace width from 60% to 100% of the window.

Table, Cards, and Board

  • Table: open records as a side panel or full view, content width, apply the row appearance to all projects, striped rows, float unread to top, column dividers, keep headers readable
  • Cards: card size, show company, value, ping, and tags, column width, hide empty columns
  • Board: classic chat layout, content width, feed padding, scroll-wheel image zoom, timestamps, auto-scroll, avatars

AI and MCP

  • AI: privacy and consent, approvals (approve all AI tools automatically, the always-allowed list, ask again), and memory (show the AI Vault, memory health, the advanced memory manager)
  • MCP: create and revoke agent connections, choose their projects and capabilities, and review recent MCP activity

Pings and notifications

  • Pings: how the next ping is shown, the time format, and the urgent threshold from 0 to 20 days
  • Notifications: separate controls for the in-app activity badge and device notifications, with per-event switches for records, notes and files, members and projects, Board activity, Whiteboard comments, and Picrowd AI. Upcoming and overdue ping switches are in the device Notifications channel, not the activity-badge channel

Recycle Bin and Desktop app

  • Recycle Bin: keep deleted records for 7 to 90 days, empty the bin, reset all preferences
  • Desktop app (desktop only): update checks, install mode, Dock or menu bar, start at login, frosted glass, Apple services pairing, and rebindable shortcuts
