Table and Cards

Table is for dense record work. Cards are for visual stage-based work with the same underlying rows.

Table workspace

Table is the fastest place to scan many records, edit fields, sort, filter, group, and work with columns. Use it when field detail matters.

Cards workspace

Cards are useful when movement and stage matter more than seeing every field at once. Cards still use the same rows and fields. They are another surface for the same project, not a separate database.

Edit cells and fields inline

Open the row side panel or expanded record view
Bulk edit or bulk delete where access allows

Choosing the surface

Use Table for detail, cleanup, data entry, and review
Use Cards when status movement or visual scanning matters
Use saved views when the same project needs different lenses
